Wang Kertas Baru Spesel
I managed to get a set of the RM50 banknote issued by Bank Negara Malaysia
These new notes will be distributed through commercial banks effective January 30th 2008....in time for 'angpows'.

And I did some ‘koreking’ in my drawers and found these old coins (in denominations of RM25, RM5 and RM1) which were passed down to me by my dear momma-in-law many, many years ago. Remember seeing them before? They are more than 30 years old...older than some of my friends here.

RM25 coin?! waaa, worth a lot nowadays, yes? I think I've seen the RM1 before, somewhere... reminds me of the old 50 sen coin.

huiyoh huiyoh huiyoh!!! reminds me of my angpows I got as a kid!!! not seen for such a long time! this reminds me to keep some of the notes and coins we have today for future reference.
