Shooting The Breeze
What did I do on a public holiday? Well, I tried to catch up on lost sleep, so I only woke up at about 10.30am, no thanks to a phone call. Then did some chores and was lazing around when I decided to go look for a friend to shoot the breeze.
Picked her up from her place at about 4.30pm and we went for some snacks at Oldtown Kopitiam….then walked 3 doors away to have some healthy freshly squeezed juices….then drove to another coffeeshop for our dinner. She had ‘too thor’ soup with rice and I had herbal chicken with mee suar. Still not satiated, we then popped in at Char Chan Teng for some desserts and drinks and we would have stayed longer if not for the extra polite waitress to come by with the bill and telling us the place will be closing shortly. It was only 10.30pm lar. Aiyah, kena ‘chased’ away again. How many times have we 'experienced' this, my friend? hahahahaa....
I saw this at my friends' blog and pestered her to take me to buy a set for myself. I like it very much. And my friend would be sending a set to another friend far, far away.

Wah!!! U hang those up...sure everytime u look, u think of suituapui!!! Kakakakakaka!!! Chinese New Year mood already kah?? And by the way, KL got "mee sua" kah? That is Foochow delicacy...;Sibu overflowing with Foochows. Eat with ginger chicken soup and red wine or "pa-tin" (herbal) chicken soup!!! Same in KL?

yday was the first time we brought cayden out for our shopping trip..he slept thru..Karen che che refused to let him sleep on the pram..she wants it for herself..so we had to carry him..sigh..

Re: Hilton Hotel, it's no longer in Jalan Sultan Ismail in downtown KL, Now is at somewhere between Bangsar and KL. Attended a functions at the Ballroom a couple of times but did not go to the coffee house. Not too sure if they name it Planter's Inn.

Yalah... how many times kena chase away? Almost everytime haha... except that nite at Centrepoint's Stabaks.
So where did you put your "too kia" mya choi sun? I love all these CNY decos, esp. those with the year's "animal"... veli cute! Last year's was Dog and I bought quite a few... I love dogs maa... and next year shall be.... Mickey Mouse! Yippie!
